Refunds, minus a $100 administrative fee (or whatever is paid if lower than $100) will be issued on written cancellations received on or before August 15, 2025. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. No refund requests will be offered after August 15, 2025. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the meeting. Membership fees are non-refundable.
