Enhancing esthetic treatment outcomes and patient experiences
Esthetics in dentistry requires artistry and proficiency in restorative and technical procedures, however where surgery is required, the surgical team members must approach treatment planning and flawless execution with the same mindset for excellence. When successful, the white and pink balance and interplay are key to a pleasing esthetic outcome; poor soft tissue form cannot be compensated for with high-end ceramics and vice versa. This presentation will explore why today’s surgery should be based on a digital workflow, from planning through surgical and restorative performance. This philosophy differentiates practices with patient-centered focuses, improves their productivity while promoting a less stressful environment, and ensures optimal collaboration for the entire team which ultimately improves treatment outcomes.

Dr. Sonia Leziy received her dental degrees from McGill University. Dr. Leziy’s post-graduate degree in periodontics was completed at the University of British Columbia, Canada. She is a recognized international speaker on surgical concepts in periodontics and implant dentistry, she has receveid numerous teaching awareds, is member of numerous societies and editorial boards.
